Diamond,even though it was a tracker i got rid of it as soon as it went in but i think it halted my abilities for like 10 seconds as i couldn’t heal the wound and the days after my shoulder took ages to heal but i’m back on top form now.
And concerning the war in my eyes they started it the day they took the first metahuman in for testing
