boston includes gender expression in non-discrimination

Boston is one of the first cities to fully include gender identity and expression in its city-wide non-discrimination policies. Yippee! Of course, entertainingly, the one guy who dissented did so because “If I put on a dress and heels and lipstick, am I a woman?” Some people just never seem to get it.. ::sigh::
