Moever, It is quite simple to controll that power. You are what I call a scorrcer meaning you have to use your hands to manipulate your powers. It is also a form of telacinessis (or how ever you spell that) YOu start by consintraiting on an object such as a book or somthing farly small (and none breakable) and make to mark on the floor or ground with other items. then try to move it from one place to the other.
