MacArthur Foundation.\u00a0\u00a0<em>The Kinder &amp; Braver World Project: Research Series<\/em>\u00a0is comprised of short papers that are intended to help synthesize research and provide research-grounded insight to the variety of stakeholders working on issues related to youth empowerment and action towards creating a kinder, braver world.<\/p>\n<p>The eight new papers focus on <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8090\">The Role of Youth Organizations and Youth Movements for Social Change<\/a>, and were selected among submissions from a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/7745\">call for papers<\/a>\u00a0that the Berkman Center put out in June 2012.\u00a0 They include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8093\">The Value of Youth Organizing<\/a>&#8221; by Jerusha Conner<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8096\">Youth and Social Movements: Key Lessons for Allies<\/a>&#8221; by Sasha Costanza-Chock<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8094\">Cultivating Young Women&#8217;s Leadership for a Kinder, Braver World<\/a>&#8221; by Anna Rorem and Dr. Monisha Bajaj<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8095\">How Participatory Action Research Can Promote Social Change and Help Youth Development<\/a>&#8221; by Cara Berg Powers and Erin Allaman<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/node\/8098\">Engaging Youth, Serving Community: Social Change Lessons from a 4H Rural Youth Development Program<\/a>&#8221; by Donna J.
