hey m,an psy rocks. ahve been using this routine for the last 10 years have been getting older but the music getting better.. so no option but to stay young… damn…

well its so much fun and its so sad that most of my freinds and fmaily cant understand it and think im weird… well thats the way life is.. i see..

Dancing to psytrance has become a major part of my excercise regimen. Although I do drink when I go out, I sometimes put on some loud music when nobody else is home and flail those limbs about. There’s no better way to trigger those endorphins.
