hey, could you hook up some of the blind photographers that i work with with some voice equipment and blogging tools for there photography?
you could contact daniel chen from the university of toronto or steve mann himself to discuss some of the needed equipment...and how to use the funding for really interesting research.
you have my email address: i could send you steve's phone number and when to call him...
john gardner is visually impaired and lives in brooklyn...he does not have a computer: i could write a grant proposal if you wish.
that would be way cool and altruistically great karma...even if you can't help, the sentiment remains.

if you wish, i could connect you with jef raskin out in pacifica who is working with the blind as well and would be interested in wearables and blogging for the visually impaired.

hey cool event, good luck... too bad there are only 3 women among the N-number of the men-all-star bloggers... and then men all look so ultra impressive. and why does this have to happen the weekend AFTER I am in Berkeley? :)
