ithink teens should have cell fones for simple reasons because they need to contact there prents and tell hem who they are gunna be with and where they are goin to go. it is a easy way for parents to know where, with who and how long there teen will be at. also it is a method of parents makin sure their kid is alive and not hurt a parent is crazy if their teen does not have a cell fone.

Teens should not have cell phones because it pisses me off how every teen on their lil’ cell phone talking to their stupid lil friends blah blah blah no cell phones for teens.

teens should have cell fones cuz they are cool, and they can be used 4 emergencies, and they don’t tie up fone lines.
